I owned a house together with my husband, we bought it while married, he does not live in this house as we've been separated over the past 20 months. Will the property get distributed equally in two parts even though we have a child who is only 2 and he has a 19 year old. Do they both get share or just our child together. His 19 year old son always lived with his mother.
