Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

The father of my child has stated in court that he is too sick to work. His parents stated in court that they are financially responsible for their son because he cannot work. The arrears have reached 40,000. The last payment was in 2002 or 03. The father is not receiving disability or ssi for his "illness". Can I bring his parents to court and have them financially responsible for paying their sons child support?

You can compell the father to provide medical proof of his disability, including his medical records.
