Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

The father of our children beat the system twice

Our divorce was finalized Jan. 05. My ex hid checks from his business that he cashed @ a check cashing place to hide his true income. The forensic account didnt feel it was necessary to have $424,000 subpeonaed added towards our childrens child support due to the fact that i didnt want any part of my exes business. Without him giving All proper documentations from the business & personal accounts including his true CIS paperwork, all his information was based on what little information he gave the courts. At that time the business was making $295000 a year. Now with 2 years of taking him back to court due to an obvious increase in income for2006 & 2007 with paperwork showing his business making 2.8million & once again no paperwork with true income or CIS,or personal/business rundown. Now he is going to be moving to Tenn. (june 08) Our daugter just got accepted to a college. We have to once again go before the courts with our incomes to have a judge figure out who pays what for her college education . I just need to know what needs to be done. Our children deserve the proper amount for their future education. I excerted all my funds trying to get justice. I am now hoping to get free legal assistance. thank-you for your time.

I would suggest to you that you seek relief from the Court whereby your former husband pays you legal fee.
