yes, you have a chance. as a divorced father of 4 myself, and practicing divorce law for 24 years, I have a unique insight on this.

no guarantees, of course, and it may be a difficult fight. you may lose that fight.

but certainly, you should get some legal advice on this and see what your options are.

If you have been the primary care giver for your children it would be likely that you would be awarded primary residential custody of your children.
