un wed father in nj child born in jamaica

how can we get mother to bring the child to nj so that we can find out if she is truely mine

Is the child in Jamaica?

If the child is in Jamaica, the US does not have jurisdiction in the matter.

If you had custody of the child and the child was taken out of the country, then the US would have jurisdiction.
