Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am a father looking to obtain a lawyer to enforce my rights for visitations of my 2 young girls. the situation is I have not been in my childrens lifes for a few years partly my fault for not fighting harder and hers for leaving without keeping me informed of current contact information and trying to push me out of the childrens life after contact from me and my family members. However my childsupport is garnished out my pay and it is current. I want to know how will i be able to locate her and get the process started. and will she be able to spitefully try to get more child support from me once I request to see my children, My twins are 8 years old.
