Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello, My father passed last week while married to my step mom and their two kids. He left a house that he hasn�t paid off to my step mom. He worked and his job is giving my step mom alot of money. He also had alot of land in another country. I am 20 years old with 1 brother (19) and 1 sister (20).My question is do we get anything legally, at all?

Does he have a Will? Who is administering his estate? Do you believe that you will need an attorney?
