No Fault Divorce Question - URGENT
My No Fault Divorce is scheduled for next month in New Jersey. It is a no fault Divorce. The only issue that I have with the divorce is the amount of child support that I have to pay. Considering it is a no fault divorce is it possible to file a Motion for Child Support Reduction prior to the scheduled date?

If you file an Answer to the Complaint
you have a right to a trial on the issue of child support. If you are in default you must assert a right to be heard before judgment is entered in order to attempt to reduce child support.

Re: No Fault Divorce Question - URGENT
Child support is based upon the amount of money you make and how much the other parent makes, in addition to a few other issues. I can't see what a no fault divorce has to do with anything. As Mr. Moore said, if you want to be heard on the issue, you should let the judge know.
