Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

felony, misdemeanor or what?

In February of 1992 I had an Final Restraining Order (FRO) issued against me under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part. Less than a year later my ex dropped the FRO under reasons of ''reconsideration''.

So when I apply for a job in New Jersey, and they ask if I have ever been convicted for felony or misdemeanor, what is the appropraite response? Is it yes or no?
