Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

want to wed

My fiance and I were due to get married in January. Do to unfortunate circumstances, he is currently incarcerated at a county jail. We both agreed to try to get married before he is sentenced and sent to prison to serve his time. Is it possible to marry someone while they're in the county jail?
