Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My Fiancee's daughters mother is frequently messaging me and many people I am related to and their friends. I believe she is trying to 1. break us up 2. get information for custody reasons, 3. start problems

We hear from the daughter (4 yrs. old) that she is being hit by her, and that she is being told not to tell daddy anything about anything basically. She also told us that she was told not to take pictures with us or be nice to us. Now, thankfully, this 4yr. old girl is smarter than that and DOES tell us EVERYTHING. We are tired of getting harrassed by her, and are afraid for the well-being of his daughter. How can we fix all this?

This is a difficult problem because of the age of the child. You might have the child speak with a child pschologist so that there be some confirmation of the child's statements. Using the report you could file a motion to change custody.
