Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

how do i file for abitration against my lawyer for over 30thous in fees for a new jersy divorce and in my decree she put she needs to do the closeing on my home to allocate the monies and that she gets an additional 10thous for what! i cant get legal advice till i fire my lawyer and soon i will need to close on my home that im buying from my ex what do i do? lisa

Why can't you get legal advice until you fire your lawyer? You could have 100 lawyers if you want. 732/773/2768

I agree with both of the above answers. You can still hire another attorney who can file a substituion of attorney, it happens all the time.
