Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

File An Appearance

I am in the process of getting divorced. I need to file an appearance along with case information statement. I would like to know if someone could tell me more about the appearance and what should be included. Right now I am representing myself.

Thanks

Re: File An Appearance

You should attend law school before you even think about representing yourself in a divorce case where there are children; substantial issues such as alimony, equitable distribution with substantial assets, such as a pension. After you finish law school you should get a good job and THEN hire an attorney to represent you in your divorce. 800 273 7933
