I have read what the other attorneys wrote, and they are correct. Hiring a lawyer to help you do this will cost more or less, depending on whether it takes more or less of the attorney's time.
You need to talk to a lawyer first, and get some guidance.
I always start by asking nicely for the other side (your exspouse) to do what he was supposed to do. Then, if needed, you will fight him in court. Always try nice first, sometimes it works and saves you a lot of money and aggravation.
And Judges seem more likely to make the other person pay for the attorney's fees for enforcing, if you ask him to do what he is supposed to FIRST before you file the court motion.

Re: File motion to enforce settlement agreement
I don't really understand your question. Are you doing this by yourself or with an attorney? If you are by yourself, it is just the filing fee. If this is with an attorney, that depends on a wide range of factors. First, what is this about? Could be simple, could be complex. Second, what type of lawyer are you getting? One that actually cares about the money you spend or one that will run up your bill?
There are too many variables to properly answer your question. I suggest you sit down with an attorney and discuss your situation.

Re: File motion to enforce settlement agreement
I assume you mean that both of you signed a settlement agreement and were respresented by attorneys. If that is the case and now your spouse is not abiding by the agreement then the costs for hiring an attorney to enforce the agreement will depend on the issues, the attorneys' fees, amount of time, etc.
Re: File motion to enforce settlement agreement
Preparing a filing a motion to enforce the terms of a divorce settlement and appearing for the argument of the motion could cost $2,500.00 and if a genuine issue of materiel fact is raised by the motion requiring a plenary hearing, meaning a hearing with sworn testimony there would be an additional charge. It is all a matter of how time is involve. I bill at the hourly rate of $250.00.
