Re: How do I file a motion
Filing a motion to modify child support requires a knowledge of the rules for filing a motion; knowledge of the applicable law for evaluating the application and certain writing and verbal skills for effectively delivering the information and arguing how the law should be applied to the facts as they are interpreted by you.
A motion is something best prepared; filed and argued by an attorney with experience.
The knowledge you require is difficult to impart to a lay person without an intensive effort and the consumption of considerable valuable time.
I would charge you more to teach how to file and prosecute the subject motion than I would charge to handle the motion for you.

You either hire an attorney or go to the Court in the County where the support has been ordered and ask for a "pro se" motion packet. I strongly suggest that you at least consult with an attorney first. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please contact my secretary, Debbie, at 856-795-6700 to schedule a consultation.
