Filed for Divorce

What should happen? I have filed for divorce on ground of mental cruilty I have gotten docket no and got notice for parents program. I have a 2 yr old son my spouse keeps him and i am agree on that. We have no property to divide.

Not really sure what your question is. I would at least meet with an attorney. There are too many issues to discuss over the website.
