Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I filed for divorce pro ce and the defendants attorney filed a CIS with the court but didn't cc me the paperwork even after a written request. What recourse do I have?

You can advise the Court of the issue but your bigger issue here is why are you handling this case without an attorney? That's very dangerous. Call me to discuss at 1-855-9-JEFLAW
