Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

What if I filed a motion a in a child custody battle a year ago and the judge ordered an investigation for both parties.. And the other party has not complied and he was ordered to do it twice.. I just filed a new motion.. Becouse I did all of the orders required.. Will the judge give him another chance to do it.. I dont think it is fair for him to hold up the case.. What will hapoen next?

The judge will probably give him more time depending on the situation.
