Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am filing a motion in court to have my 11 year old daughter to be removed from her mothers custody and placed in mine due to the fact she was awared to remove her from jersey to ct in 2006 sence then she has been placed in my care a number of times because her mom and new husband can't seem to get along for more then 6 months at a time now that I did this she is tell our 11 year old and me that I am not her dad after 11 years and my name on the birth certiface can I still have the right for her to placed in my care I have always been in a bonded relationship with my daughter as well as pay my child support we have a joint custody order now and I see my daughter evry 2 weeks
