Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Final Judgement of Divorce

I have a final judgement of divorce that states that I am entiteld to a few things. Such as proff of payment and a repayment of debt. My ex has not provided anything and it has been a long time. She has also been late on numerous debt payments. I have since moved out of the county where it was filed. Do I go back to family court or since the final judgement was issued do I have to go to civil court? And can I go to court in my current county or does it have to be the original one?

I agree with Mr. Moore. Not sure you really need an attorney here, but it can't hurt to at least talk to one.

You must file papers to enforce the final judgment for divorce in the county where the action for divorce

was decided.

Call me if you like.
