Re: How to find an aggressive lawyer
I see this all the time. I am often the Nth lawyer on a case. Some lawyers never want to be the 2 or 3rd attorney. For me, its what I do. Am I what you're looking for? Only you can answer that. My initial consultations are always free, so I'd be happy to talk to you about your case.
Our firm's slogan is "the lawyers who fight for you" and we live by that. We take it very seriously.
You need and deserve an attorney that will give it everything he or she has. Call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case. I'll be around most of the day tomorrow so you can call me then if you'd like.
Re: How to find an aggressive lawyer
I am somewhat puzzled by your question. There are many highly experienced and aggressive divorce attorneys. The fact that you have changed lawyers so much may mean that you do not know how to relate to a lawyer.
Did you pay your lawyers? Where there
is no money to pay legal fees most
lawyers will look for ways of handling a divorce case less expensivelyl, so long as the needed information is obtained. Depositions cost money. Can you pay for a lot of depositions. Someone has to pay the certified shorthand reporter who records the deposition and pay for the
preparation of a transcript of same.
Clients in divorce cases are often disgruntled and hard to deal with and are prone to refuse to pay legal fees once the case is completed. For this
reason attorneys seek retainers which they can bill against and get paid for their hard work. You are not going to get a mule to work all day in the field without water and feed.
I also find it hard to believe that four successive law firms have failed
to do required work on your case. Something is definitely wrong.
