Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
How can I find out if there is bench warrant against me
How can find out if there is a bencj warrcant against me for a child support matter
There was an order issued against me despite me not submitting to the NJ Court - Family Part, Middlesex County for child support.
I appealed but no luck!
I have been out of USA for the last six years,
I havent paid child support at all as I did not submit to the jurisdiction on NJ Court.
The other country where i filed for divorce .. was prior to NJ Court .
NJ Court ignored other court and forced jurisdiction
The other country judicial system declared NJ Court order null and void.
I intend to re-enter USA either by land or air, before that I need to be sure that there is no bench arrest against me.

You could try placing a telephone call to the probation department of the county in which the case was heard. The probation department would have the obligation of enforcing any child support or spousal support court order. I would think that
your driving privileges in New Jersey have been suspended due to your failing to pay child support.
As for the New Jersey court ignoring your divorce action in another country because it did not know of the foreign action or did no regard it as being
jurisdictionally sound.
You could hire an attorney to assist you.
Call me if you like.

Call the county probation department or the family court administrator.
