where can I find out how much pension will be owed to my ex-wife, when they talk about quadro payments

Just about every attorney pays someone to figure this out. Thus, I don't see how anyone on this site can do that. Talk to your divorce attorney or get one sooner rather than later.

You need a divorce attorney to help you with this. There is a lot of money in your pension. Get a lawyer to help protect it.
