Where can I find a template for...

I am trying to create a consent agreement to present to the courts for Child Support. My ex and I have agreed to suspend child support payments due to financial reasons. Where can I get a template for something like this so that I can have him sign it and have it notarized then present it to the courts? Will they accept such documentation? Thanks

Putting aside the format of the letter, there is a good chance that the court will not accept this because you cannot waive child support. I suggest you speak to an attorney about this. You could probably have the attorney work up an agreement that protects you both but will not cost much. You can call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
