I am divorced for 8 years now. My ex-husband has yet to send medical cards for his son, what can be done about it?

Re: Not followingAgreement

You can file a motion to require him to provide insurance and produce the cards if that was part of the final judgment.

Re: Not followingAgreement

You are entitled to file a motion with the Court for the production of the medical cards and for compensation for medical expenses paid for your child as a consequence

of noncompliance with order.

Call me if you like.

Re: Not followingAgreement

File a motion with the court. You probably won't "need" an attorney but I would still suggest you meet with one to discuss all the issues to make sure everything is going ok.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
