Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

forced health insurance/visitation

I have sole cust of my 4 yr old son. His bio father(not my spouse)has stepped up (3 yrs late) & now wants joint custody. It was ruled by the court that he have a reintro period, then 6 mos. supervised & finally unsupervised visits. My son has a lot of health issues and has been on my husband's insur since birth. The court ordered me in charge of meds. He now says he's taking me to court to use his ins for our son- he thinks it's a better plan (cheaper for him) yet how can I fullful my responsibilities to my son when he won't communicate & tries to bully me w/every chance he get. Would a judge force me to use his health ins to save him a bit of money even though he refuses to communicate w/me and only wants control. What about privacy laws? He just tried to control the ins. issue by having his atty send a letter to my drug store to use his card in addition to mine (w/out my knowledge) He also had scripts filled using his ins- for our son without my knowledge. How can I manage my son's medical issues with him trying to take the back door in to get control. Also he wants every Sat. visits-it's his day off. Aren't I entitled to my parenting time wkends? every other seems fair! Every e-mail from him: do this or i'll take u to court
