Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Forced to leave marital home

I have a serious problem, my ex is trying to get me removed from a rental property! He's trying to get a court order to do this. He says that he needs to move back in to the apartment with our children that he has custudy of. Because our local school will charge him tuition for the four children. The children are now living in his parents house a town near by. We just got our divorce 9 days ago. I'm getting absolutly nothing from the divorce! I was told that I have to leave the residence as soon as possible! I was married for 11yrs, Im getting no alimoney and of course no child support because I don't have the children. I have no job or a place to live! No where to go and they want me to leave and possible live in an apartment that my ex would provide to live in on a month to month basis! If my ex doesn't pay the rent I'm out on the street! They say that 2 weeks is plenty of time for me to get an apartment and a job. Immpossible! after being a homemaker for 11yrs and having no formal education to speak of. I believe that my ex just wants me to get out of the residence so he has a place to live after that he could careless what happens to me! I know this sounds crazy but it's true! I've been a victim of court corruption.

I don't understand why HE does not find the apartment within two weeks and move there with the children. You should click on my website below; obtain my office number and give me a call.
