Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Can I be forced to provide health benefits for my children if I lose the job that currently provides these benefits? My hotel is downsizing and I cannot get enough hours to keep the health benefits. I am supposed to carry the benefits as stated in my divorce papers. I simply cannot afford to do this independently. My ex-wife is not understanding at all. She is remarried--to her high school boyfriend--pregnant--an unwilling to yield to any type of compromise. Thank you.

The solution might be to apply for New Jersey Child Care coverage for your children, given your reduced income. You should contact New Jersey government offices to inquire.
