Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

''Forfeited''

Over a year ago my childrens father moved out of the blue after we agreed on Joint Custody. The Mediator told me with him doing so he forfeited his rights. He came back a year later and we went to court and he now sees the children. The new agreement is now different and he didnt ask for shared holiday as per the last agreement. So my question is does he automatically get it back or does he lose that??

His rights are those set forth in the court order, but he can ask the court to grant shared holidays.
