Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

forging spouse's signature

one spouse has used another spouse's credit card and credit card checks(balance transfer checks). She/he has forged the signature of her/his spouse in order to get the transactions validated. What would be the legal consequences for such action?

clearly, forgery causes all kinds of problems to the forger.

your question is part of some serious legal issues, probably a divorce.

There are criminal and civil issues here. However, a lot will depend on the police department, the spouse's attorney, etc. I've represented clients on every angle of cases like this. With the people that I defended, the cases were dismissed.
