Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
forging spouse's signature
one spouse has used another spouse's credit card and credit card checks(balance transfer checks). She/he has forged the signature of her/his spouse in order to get the transactions validated. What would be the legal consequences for such action?

Re: forging spouse's signature
There are criminal and civil issues here. However, a lot will depend on the police department, the spouse's attorney, etc. I've represented clients on every angle of cases like this. With the people that I defended, the cases were dismissed.
