Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I just found out that my ex's boyfriend is living with her. It has been about 6 weeks now. This only came to my attention because my kids told me. In our PSA it states that cohabitation with another can result in adjusted or terminated alimony. We can I do to prove this in court? I have a feeling he is supporting her via cash. Thank you
