He has quite a hurdle to have custody or unsupervised visitation. He has been determined to pose a danger to young children. Think about that.

Call me if you like.

I suggest you speak to an attorney ASAP. You may not really need one, but you should speak to one.

You should be able to get close control over his visitation, if the Judge determines that he is dangerous to his daughter. That takes a Motion (written request) along with a written statement explaining why the Judge should decide in your favor.

You have another problem: this man is on Megan's Law, which means that he has been convicted of a crime, and a sexually related crime, and this man has been driving by your house. Are you and your baby safe?

An attorney may be able to help you. This is serious. Please call a lawyer.

Please call my office if you would like my assistance. I would be able to assist you if you chose to employ me. I would be willing to discuss your situation with you on the telephone briefly. However, a telephone call will not solve any of the issues; that will require an attorney's advice and assistance.
