Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

ex girlfiend and house

with lady for about 18 mo. had child about 7 mo. ago. we moved into a home i owned for about 15 yrs before I knew her. she has made it impossable for me to live there for many reasons. she has even called police and I was asked to leave. I want her out so I can move back and when I have my son he can be rasied in a real home and not the house I am staying in.( my parents home) does anybody have any ideas how to get her out, I was told poss. idea is to file motion to eject under 2A:35-1 is that true and which court do I go to( there is already a FD # in the court.) thank you
