my ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend are sharing a bedroom with my 3 year old as i kno this is unethical is it illegal in nj

So far as the child is concerned, unethical is probably also unlawful.Seek relief from the Court. File a complaint with the Family Part at the county courthouse.
