Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Help need help

My ex and his girlfriend have been harrassing me with the division of family and youth services. There have been at least 10 complaints by them....Is there anything I can do to get help to have them stop. And if so can I obtain the records from dyfs to prove it was them? each time the caseworkers interview my kids, I understad their doin their jobs but it has become stressfull on my and my exs 9 year old.

Typically, where DYFS receives multiple complaints from the same source, all of which end up unfounded, there will be notations in the file and further complaints from that source will be scrutinitzed.

DYFS in NJ is being overhalled, due in part to an apparent laxity about following through on complaints. Therefore, I would anticipate follow-up on most complaints, at least the the extent of deciding they are unfounded.
