granparent who has custody of grandchild
My husband and I have had custody of our 7 year old granddaughter since Feb. 2005. Can we get any help from the Federal Government? We are not getting any support from the parents of state of NJ

The government is not going to pay you to support your grandchild; but the parents are obligated to pay child support and you should enforce this obligation in Court.
Call me if you like.
