Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

grounds for revocation of Child visitation

I have been dicorced for 8 years. I have sole physical custody and we have joint legal custody. My ex is currently abusing perscription drugs and has returned to drinking after 12 years in AA. What steps would I take if I wanted to have his stability brought into question and if his visitation should be revoked if drug/alcohol abuse can be proven?

File a motion with the court. Make sure you have evidence to back it up, such as witness statements. I strongly suggest getting an attorney for this.
