Guardianship

My mother is to appear in New Jersey court re trying to get her husband back with her. The hearing is in probate court. She has a pinched nerve and her dr told her not to travel. She has had the hearing continued once already. Can I go in her place? (I am her daughter)

First, I'm not quite sure what your mother is trying to do. Second, unless you have power of attorney over her, there is nothing for you to do there. You will have to hire an attorney that can argue on her behalf.
