Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Gun control

I have joint custody of my children. My children's step father of 4 years recently joined the US Army reserves, he is 38 years old. My children tell me that he is planning on taking them shooting, his new hobby (target range practice I presume). Do I have any legal recourse to enforce the fact that I dont want my 10 and 13 year old daughters touching guns? There is no point in discussing this with their mother as she ignores me.

Re: Gun control

You can file a motion with the Court

to prevent the subject activity. It may or may not work.
