You bigger need is a lawyer to represent you, not just legal advice. Hire a good attorney and let him or her take of everything for you. Nothing anyone says on this site will be able to help you to any great extent since your case is rather involved and complex.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
