A help for helpless indian women
I did have follwoing question, which can help an indian wife of u.s. citizen, which is seeking help from all who can.
Q.1. Can A Husband withdraw petition of her wife after she get the visa?
Q.2 Is it possible that US Family court will make decision with the gave any chance to the spouse to appear in court. or in her absence or withour her knowledge that her husband put the divorce file in the court.
Q.4 How can she get the free legal service or attorney to represent herself?
Answer can save her carrier and future too. Please help.

Husband can not withdraw petition on behalf of his wife.But he can withdraw his own petition any time.Any court in world can not deprive the opposite party of his/her right of audience and defence. So it is necessary to give chance to you also to give your reply.As for as getting free legal aid you have to approach the local Bar/court to get the same. Rajendra Babbar Advocate.
