Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hi,

We were married in Dec 2008. Got blessed with a baby boy also.

In June 2009, my wife went to India along with the kid for a one month trip.

She did not return and responded to me, I filed for divorce in Aug 2009.

Judge ordered my wife to return the kid, I was given sole legal and physical custody of my kid.

Judge( Morris county Family court Judge) issued an arrest warrant on my wife, as she did not follow the court orders to return my son.

my divorce finalized on march 2010.

now we both realized and for the sake of our son, we would like to re-unite.

how to lift the arrest warrant on her name, so that she can travel to usa without being arrested.

Thanks

Sudhakar

Careful! The warrant is probably great leveage which you will lose when it is lifted.

In any event, a motion can be filed to lift the warant. Call me.
