Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i want to keep my house.

Well during the marriage we bought a house. My parents owm 50% of the house and husband and i own 25 25 each. We also bought a car during the marriage. I want the house. I have two children ages 13 and 12. My parent are going to have diffcult time to move because of medical condtions. i just want the house is there any way i can keep it without paying outrages payments.

You only have to pay your spouse for one quarter of the equity in the house and can satisfy this requirement by setting off part or all of your share in your spouse's pension; 401k plan or other marital assets.
