Who's House is it?
I owned my house before I married
wife. If we divorce is able to get anything from the sale of the house?

The answer would generally be "no" for the asset if it was all premarital although there are arguments that a spouse should share if marital assets were put into the house such as for improvements and the paydown of any mortgages. There might then be an apportionment to reflect the premarital portion, the marital portion and the increased value on each piece.

Its your house, but you may owe her some money. I suggest you contact an attorney to discuss this and all the other issues as you cannot consider issues in a vacuum.

She will not a claim to a part of the house unless you executed a deed making her an owner of the house or unless she substantially contributed to an enhancement in the value of the house.
