Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

House was given to ex wife as part of divorce settlement .she has three year to put in her name .ex husband has been claiming all the tax benefits on home because house is still in his name but ex wife wants the tax benefits of the home because she pays the bills to the home..husbands pays alimony and child support .who should get the tax benefit?
