Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband is a alcholic who is also addicted to Oxycotin and is abusing both. My family has suffered with this situation for 8 years...it is not healthy for the rest of us. He has not worked in two years...he agreed to get treatment but he is not committed...after two week home he re-lapsed. I have told him that if he does not change this situation and abstain, he will have to find some place else to live. Can I get a restraining order to force him out of the house?
