I wonder?

Ok my husband has committed adultry. I cannot afford to live in our condo by myself and pay all the bills until the property is sold. Is he held responsible for the mortgage even though he is not living there?

If you're both on the mortgage, you're both responsible. Even if he is not on the mortgage, he has certain obligations (as do you) by reason of your marriage to each other. You need to immediately consult
