Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband an I are getting a divorce we have a 3 year old daughter I did not work for the entire period of our 4 year marriage he has a high price attorney an wants full custody an is building a case full of lies can he use tapes of conversations we have had or tapes he has video taped me without my knowledge. What are some things I can do

Once the divorce complaint has been filed, you should file a Motion for Alimony Pendente Lite asking that your husband provide you with monthly spousal support and child support. Also, you should ask that your husband advance you money to retain an attorney.
