Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

husband drinks/daughter's safety

my husband and I have an amicable separation so far. My concern is that he drinks. We have been to counseling for his drinking and anger issues. I feel he has a problem, he doesn't. I am concerned about him picking up our 2 year old daughter from daycare. Can I impose restrictions either verbally or through the courts....such as he isn't allowed to drink 4 hours before picking her up or while he has her? If he shows up at my house can I deny him seeing her if I smell alcohol? I am really worried about this. I don't know where to turn for an appropriate attorney who has experience with such issues, but who also won't cost an arm and a leg. I am living now as a single mother. Thank you.

What's an arm and a leg? Your perception about what an attorney may cost and what an attorney may really cost may be two different things. If you would like, you can call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case for no charge. Then I can tell you what we need to do, why, and how much that will cost you.
